By enabling a design team to discuss and negotiate team roles, students are more able to work collaboratively and the risk of team conflict is reduced.
This tool is best used when the team is being formed, as it will enable the sharing of strengths and weaknesses with other team members and enable negotiation of team roles from the start of a project.
